My first thoughts on YAKUZA KIWAMI.

Hello, I woke up early today. Usually, I wake up at 6:45 am in the morning but today, due to electricity being bit too late to get to our home, along with our inverter failing, I woke up at 6:00 am. What a huge difference. It was because there was storm at night. Around 1:00 am, when I heard it, I heard it loud, wind was too fast, somethings flying and crashing, etc. So, electricity was destined to go, but because of it being out for many hours in the day too, our inverter and battery said "We give up". So, it was bound to happen, first the AC stopped, then it was fan who stopped spinning, and at last I woke up.

That's that, now for today, writing this blog around 7:35 am in the morning, I will share with you, my initial review of  YAKUZA KIWAMI.

YAKUZA KIWAMI

Only I know, how much I was excited to start my journey in Yakuza world. I think it was initially Sleeping Dogs through which I hear about Yakuza. Let me explain, when I was like 16 or 17 years old, when I had my first PC which contained an e5300 processor (initially it was a e7500, but that's a story for another time), 4 GB of RAM (it was also 2 GB initially), a 500 GB HDD, and a G41 express chipset for graphics, I would search on youtube and google for "low end pc games". I know everyone of us PC Gamers had done it at some point, and that's how I found out about sleeping dogs. Then Yakuza came up when I searched for more sleeping dogs like games. And from that day on Yakuza was on my list to play when I get my new PC. 

And now, here I am; pre-ordered Stranger Than Heaven, bought Yakuza 0, Kiwami, Kiwami 2, remastered (3, 4, and 5), and Yakuza 6. I was much excited to try these games and the first game I chose was Yakuza Kiwami.

And I have to say it, it completely changed me. After a long long time I was enjoying playing a game like a game. I remembered how it was when I was a child: fun. It has comedy elements which I like. Majima is a guy who you want to find everywhere in the game. Kiryu's expressions with Majima, seriousness as well as funny; it makes me smile every time. 

Finally, I am loving the game and I will play each game in the series.
